Organizational charts are updated every Monday after a payperiod. The charts represent the organizational structure of each bureau and are the only documents acceptable for inclusion when submitting a "Request for Position Action" form.

Hints on how to navigate the system:

• Some of the larger charts have been formatted to print on legal sized paper. On the lower left hand side of the screen, next to the magnification level you will see the paper size. Any with 14 x 8.5 dimensions may be printed on legal paper. You must go into the print properties and follow the usual process to print on legal paper for your printer since all procedures differ depending on the printer type. Please note that the chart will still print on 11 x 8.5 paper if you check off the "Shrink to Fit" button on the print menu.
• Managers outlined in blue indicates that there is a link to additional levels of staff. To go to the next level click on the box.
• Various levels of the organization can be accessed by drilling down from the Office of the Commissioner or by going to a specific bureau.
• All of the charts have been formatted to print on a single page so the fonts will differ among the charts. If a chart opens with fonts too small to read, the viewing magnification needs to be increased by clicking the percentage number in the lower left hand side of the screen.
