Office of Information Management
The Office of Information Management (OIM) provides agency-wide leadership in the development and management of information systems and applications. Agency information management initiatives are supported through continued improvements, innovation, and technological growth. DEEP Information Management goals are met through the application of knowledge management and project management principles.
The OIM organization includes the HelpDesk, the IT (Information Technology) Department, Telecommunications, the DEEP Record Center, Business Support Services, the Geological Survey, and Field Data Collection.
The DEEP Office of Information Management is located on the 6th floor at 79 Elm St., Hartford. No in-person Helpdesk requests should be made. All Helpdesk requests must be submitted via the Footprints Helpdesk Portal. If you cannot access the portal for any reason, you can email your request to DEEP.Helpdesk.Footprints@ct.gov.
