2016 Follow Up Survey Results
One of the action items coming out of the 2016 DEEP Employee Survey “all hands” meetings was to do a follow-up survey to obtain additional information on the following key issues:
- DEEP places a high value on treating employees “fairly”
- DEEP leadership effectively communicates reasons for their decisions
- Staff feels empowered to correct inefficiencies in the workplace
The follow-up survey was completed in January 2017. The survey responses provide a better understanding of employee’s thoughts and opinions on these important issues, and will help shape an appropriate response to them.
2016 Survey Results
This survey continues to be a valuable tool in assessing our workplace and for helping us to continue building an even more positive environment within our Agency.
Much like the results of 2015, this year’s survey results show that most of us feel DEEP is a great place to work, but that there are areas of improvement that we should focus on.
